Implemented a centralized energy monitoring solution using Schneider Electric power meters integrated with an industrial controller and custom monitoring dashboard. Design and assembly of a cement mixer control panel incorporating a Siemens PLC, HMI, and SINAMICS variable frequency drives. The panel integrates motor protection, organized field wiring, and operator controls for the mixer, conveyors, and associated material-handling equipment.

Somalia — for DP World. Main Structural Contractor: Michelle Engineering, Ajman
Design and assembly of hopper control panels for cement clinker handling with a telescopic loading chute. The automation solution incorporated Siemens PLC controls and Siemens WinCC SCADA for centralized operation, equipment status monitoring, and alarm visualization, integrating the hopper and chute control functions.

Complete overhaul of a Hauni cigarette filter manufacturing machine, including the supply of a new electrical control panel, PLC and HMI programming, and machine commissioning. The work integrated the machine's drives, operator controls, and associated equipment into the upgraded control system. Components were specifically selected and incorporated at the client's request.
